If you’re trying to find your purpose in this world, you need to ask yourself 3 questions: 1) what breaks your heart, 2) what are you doing for yourself today, and 3) who did you need to help you 10 years ago?
In order to serve yourself, what you need, and where others are in their life, you have to commit to whatever is on your heart & mind, and you need to be present by embracing every single moment, every day.
On this episode of Finding Your Competitive Edge, former pro athlete, leadership & performance coach, speaker, & author - Charlie Ruiz - shares his story, the meaning of true leadership, and how becoming a great leader begins with self-awareness and a commitment to your unique story, guiding both your past and future self through intentional action and service.

But if we can choose to be present over what our preference is at that moment, it truly is the biggest gift we can give - not only to the person in front of us, but to ourselves.” - Charlie Ruiz
